Teachnology is a silly little made up word I'm using to emphasise teaching comes first, technology second. When using technology in a classroom….you should know which syllabus outcome and 21CSS (21st Century Skill for Students) that you are trying to teach before choosing which technological platform you might use.

We live in a teachers world where are pressured or guilted or enthused (depending on their generation, knowledge and administration). The problem is teachers don't know (aren't properly train) in why they are using it. We know how...we've sat through that PD day...but why!

Teachers make millions on decisions everyday about there students. Make good ones for the right reasons when choosing technology for your lessons.

Technology is to aid learning... technology for technology sake wastes time, effort, resources.
